Let's bloom
Life can become complicated when we experience loss, abrupt changes, trauma or conflict with our family and friends. Often these kinds of stressors can lead to persistent fear or worry, cause our esteem to plummet, or trigger feelings of sadness or irritability. Fortunately, therapy can be a great step towards coping with hard feelings and healing relationship wounds. If you’re looking for a culturally-responsive therapist with a deep appreciation for a strengths-based and collaborative approach to therapy, we may be a good fit for each other.
As a licensed clinical psychologist and owner of my practice, In Bloom Behavioral Health, PLLC, I specialize in the treatment of adults and teens (14+ years of age or older) who struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflict and significant life transitions (e.g., new school/job, grief, emerging adulthood stress). I find value in understanding the ways family, social, and cultural experiences shape us and will help you clarify your values so that you can show up in all spaces authentically. Our work together may include building insight into unhealthy thinking patterns and identifying effective responses to your emotions. I can also support you with disrupting dysfunctional relationship patterns, so that you can feel empowered to establish stronger relationships with those who are most important to you.
Though I have been in practice for over 13 years, my work with clients remains a deeply humbling experience. Your decision to seek support demonstrates courage and trust and I look forward to creating the safe space you need to bloom.
